ATHLETICS CARNIVAL 2019

On the 29th of October the Meadow Fair campus held their annual Athletics Carnival. The day was a great success in spite of the challenging weather conditions. Even with a blazing sun sending temperatures well into the high twenties, the students maintained their enthusiasm about competing in their nominated events. The competitive spirit from our students was a major factor in producing such a fun and worthwhile day.

The Red House took out the honours on the day in a closely fought battle between the houses. The winning team also had the greatest participation rate overall which made the end result a just outcome.

All the staff who helped run the day were fantastic in keeping the students motivated and on task. We, as Sirius College, would also like to thank members from Athletics Victoria who helped run and judge the events.

With the success of this year it seems this will become a permanent fixture on our College's calendar as we move forward into 2020.
